Communication is the backbone of WGD. Join WGD’s Discord to connect, receive mission updates, and coordinate with other operators.

Recruits are selected from within the approved candidate pool. Show professionalism and readiness at all times.

WGD maintains a strict operational discipline that ensures every engagement reflects professionalism:

• Calm, intent-based comms with quick readbacks.
• At least one training attendance before first live operation.
• Respectful AARs; immersion and respect always come first.

Every Ghost should arrive prepared, both technically and mentally:

• Working mic; PTU/Live client up-to-date.
• Familiarity with your ship and loadout.
• Block 90–120 minutes per session.
